Individual Health Insurance

Group business insurance is a great way to protect your employees and your business. But what if you’re self-employed? Or what if your company doesn’t offer group health insurance? In these cases, you’ll need to purchase individual health insurance.

Individual health insurance can be purchased through the Health Insurance Marketplace, through a private broker, or directly from an insurance company. If you’re eligible for a premium tax credit, you’ll want to purchase your health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace. The Marketplace offers a variety of plans from different insurers, so you can compare and find the right plan for you.

If you’re not eligible for a premium tax credit, you can still purchase a plan through the Marketplace. However, you may find it cheaper to purchase a plan directly from an insurer or through a private broker. When shopping for a plan, be sure to compare premiums, deductibles, copayments, and out-of-pocket maximums. You’ll also want to make sure the plan covers the services you need.

Individual health insurance can be a great way to maintain your health and protect yourself financially. With so many options available, you’re sure to find a plan that meets your needs and budget.
